That I was there when a ship soft-landed in to First Landings State Park ??????
Story:
It was during the afternoon when ur truly heard the sounds of helicopters. Now the helicopters were there for about an hour or 30- minutes. SO we went to check it out("we" is my family) Now chu must understand that we were in our camper in the campground. We walked down the road- helicopter sounds getting quieter- past the bath house(no pluming exempt in bath houses) and down the LONG bridge toward the boat. We stopped in the middle of the boardwalk and we saw a sailboat just floating kinda tilted.
Then these 2 kids came riding their bikes down the boardwalk. My mom(mommy) asked them questions 'nd such. And they told us that there was a guy on the boat that could not control the boat on his own(extremely windy/chilly day). We looked out there for a while then headed back 2 our camper.
I almost forgot 2 add something: There was a Channel 10 helicopter circling the First Landing State Park area.
